Where can I buy products from SES Creative?
Our products are available in many physical toy stores and in online stores such as amazon.
SES Creative works on sustainability, how do they do it?
When we produce toys or travel ourselves, we still emit CO₂ despite all the conservation measures. Our goal is to further reduce our carbon footprint every year. We do this by applying smart innovations step by step and optimizing our production, logistics and other business processes.

SES Creative and warranty
A part is missing and/or my product is defective, what should I do?
We find it very annoying that a part is missing or broken. The seller is your first point of contact. Are you unable to work it out with the seller? Feel free to contact us at customerservice@ses.nl.
To assist you, we would like to receive an e-mail with the following information:
– contact and address details
– the name and item number of the SES product
– a copy of the receipt (this may be a photo)
– a clear description of the problem.
Missing manual/instruction?
Send an e-mail to customerservice@ses.nl with the name and part number of the product, and we will send you the correct manual as soon as possible.
SES Creative products, tips and safety
My child swallowed clay or paint. Is this dangerous?
No! Your child is discovering the world around them and that means they want to “taste” all kinds of things. SES takes this into account. Our products are therefore safe. Of course, we do recommend not letting small children clay/paint alone.
All of our clay, (finger) paint and finger glue is gluten-free and vegan.
Our kids love to play with colors in the bathtub, but can I get the bathtub clean again?
The product is easily washable on most surfaces (with hot water and possibly degreaser). Want to be sure it won’t stain? test on a piece of invisible surface to be sure.
Is clay from SES Creative gluten-free?
Yes, all of our clay is gluten-free.
What ratio of water to plaster should I apply to Casting and Painting products?
There are 2 types of molds. When you have a product with a latex mold you fill it to the brim with water then fill the mold with plaster until it is full.
If you have a product with a deep-drawn mold, use the ratio of 1 part water and 2 parts plaster. If the plaster is still too mushy, add a little water.
