Corporate Social Responsibility at SES Creative
At SES Creative, we believe that responsible business practices start with people. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities focus on our employees, our local community, and long-term projects that reflect our company values.
Our People
Our employees are at the heart of our company. We are a recognized training company and provide learning opportunities for students and young professionals. We also support people who are distanced from the labour market by offering suitable workplaces and guidance. The health and well-being of our employees are important to us. For example, we provide fresh fruit in the workplace and strive to create a safe and supportive working environment.
Community Involvement
SES Creative supports various social initiatives and charitable organizations. We believe that cooperation with local communities and social partners is an important part of our business activities.
Forest Project in Central Germany
The project covers approximately 9 hectares of forest land. SES Creative supports the planting, maintenance, and long-term management of this forest area.
The project includes:
- Planting new trees;
- Maintaining existing forest areas;
- Monitoring the development of the forest over time;
- Regular assessment of forest health and growth;
- Long-term forest management activities.
The forest is monitored continuously to track its development and condition. Maintenance activities are carried out when required to support the long-term preservation of the forest area.
FSC®-Certified Materials
At SES Creative, we use FSC-certified materials in various packaging and product applications.
FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council, an international non-profit organization that operates a certification and Chain of Custody system for forest-based materials.
Many SES products and packaging materials use FSC Mix credit certified material. FSC Mix products contain a combination of material from FSC-certified forests and controlled wood that meets FSC requirements.
What FSC Certification Means
FSC certification helps ensure that materials can be traced through a verified supply chain. Companies participating in the FSC system must meet strict Chain of Custody requirements that allow certified materials to be identified and tracked from source to finished product.
The FSC system includes:
- Independent third-party certification and auditing;
- Chain of Custody controls throughout the supply chain;
- Verification of certified material flows;
- Regular assessments to maintain certification status.
FSC Certification at SES Creative
Packaging for many SES products already contains FSC-certified materials. In addition, we continue to evaluate opportunities to expand the use of FSC-certified paper and wood-based materials within our product range.
SES Creative holds an FSC Chain of Custody certification and undergoes regular independent audits to verify compliance with FSC requirements.
